We have one mind, but it has two functional parts, namely the conscious and the sub-conscious. The conscious mind thinks and analyses a problem, while the sub-conscious mind, which has no analytical power, responds to the thoughts and ideas of the conscious mind. The most important thing to remember is this: once the subconscious mind accepts an idea, it begins to translate it. All you have to do is to get your subconscious mind to accept. Once that happens, the desired results flow automatically.

If your conscious mind generates positive thoughts, you feel happy because your subconscious has been fed with those thoughts. But it does not always happen this way, since our conscious mind is often susceptible to negative emotions, jealousy, hatred, revenge, and anger. These negative emotions enter our subconscious mind and make us unhappy and stressful. What is the way out? |
The solution is that if you manage to induce positive, pleasant thoughts in your sub-conscious mind directly (bypassing the conscious mind), it would ensure that you have become happy and remain unstressed. This requires special techniques. |
The special technique is to make your conscious mind a bit dormant for a few moments and the positive thoughts are induced directly into the subconscious mind by autosuggestion, and visualisation. This process of making the conscious mind a bit dormant and auto suggesting to subconscious is achieved through Cosmic Meditation, which forms part of our PEG Therapy. The sub-conscious mind responds to the thoughts so induced and makes you happy by controlling stress level in the body. |

Cosmic Meditation integrates body, mind and soul so that one can lead a healthy, happy and prosperous life. All you have to do is to devote fifteen minutes a day in privacy of your room to follow these five steps of Cosmic Meditation: |

- Correct Posture: The main purpose is to keep the spine erect. Sit in ‘Sukhasna’ or sit on a chair with a straight back, eyes closed. Focus your mind between two eyebrows, and relax.

Conscious Breathing: To cool the mind through specially designed breathing exercises. Take a slow deep breath right down to your stomach and release it slowly. While breathing, make your mind follow the breath. Once a pattern is set, your mind becomes calm and composed.
- Balancing The ‘Chakras’: Through universal sound vibrations of ‘Aum’. You take a deep breath, keeping eyes closed, and utter the sound of ‘Aum. The sound of Aum is recited in a particular way taught by a trained Guru. Repeat it five times. This step helps relieve tension from your nervous system.
- Empower Yourself With Cosmic Energy: Obtained from a specially treated crystal to stimulate ‘Kundalini’. This would help strengthen your nervous system to relieve you from the stress and tension of every day life.

Fulfill Your Dreams: Through power of your subconscious mind by use of auto suggestion and visualisation. In this step, suggest to your self that you are healthy, happy and prosperous using your body and mind action. For that, visualise that your wishes and dreams come true. Rest assured that they would become a reality as you proceed with the Cosmic Meditation.
